A software house delivering custom-built solutions. Apart from supporting an existing application for BNP, in all other projects I took full responsibility for the architecture and building the frontend from scratch.
BNP Genesys Cloud
support for the development of an interaction management application and customer inquiry handling.
InPost Genesys Cloud
an internal application for intelligent search and comprehensive handling of customer inquiries from various communication channels.
- Frontend architecture in Angular 21 (Standalone Components) in a layered structure with state management using Angular Signals.
- Bulk operations engine based on RxJS with asynchronous background task polling and automatic session recovery.
- Context-aware component pattern (dependency injection): a single component handling different table and filter schemas depending on the view / routing and user permissions.
InPost Callback Widget
built the frontend of a widget for requesting a callback or booking an appointment.
- State management based exclusively on Angular Signals, eliminating the need to load heavy libraries inside the widget.
- Full responsibility for the architecture: a complete web component (@angular/elements) with Shadow DOM isolation and runtime configuration via HTML attributes.

- Designed a multi-step search wizard from competition, through related projects, to partner selection.
- Implemented analytical dashboards (timelines, bubble and scatter charts) with a custom algorithm for spreading overlapping points in dense datasets.

Mobile Homes Configurator
an interactive mobile homes configurator supporting the sales process.
- Created a state management architecture in pure JavaScript (object patterns with separated product and user state models) and a rendering engine consisting of graphical layers.
- Built an interactive texture editor on HTML5 Canvas for selecting additional facade materials: drag-and-drop area masking, scaling, edge detection (alpha channel analysis), and live application of secondary materials.
Production Order System
a B2B-class system for creating production specifications, based on which mobile and modular homes are directly manufactured.
- Built a dynamic, multi-step form based on complex schemas — reactive forms automatically adjust to changing product options.
- Implemented real-time collaboration with session locking (lease-based locking with heartbeat, automatic saving, and edit takeover) and role-based access control.
- Automatic generation of multi-page production specifications used in the manufacturing of homes.
Complaint Handling System
a B2B2C-class system for submitting and handling complaints for modular homes.
- Designed a serverless architecture connecting the frontend, a real-time database, and an event-driven email notification system generating localized, detailed logs of changes in the ticket.
Marketing Offer Generator

- Implemented an AI model for categorizing photos by room, streamlining the process of embedding ready-made realizations into offers.
